The proprietor Glyn Clark has over 25 years experience in the construction industry and has undergone rigorous training with the Construction Industry Training Board.  The company is also a proud member of the Trustmark Scheme ensuring that they operate to government endorsed standards. Trustmark is a not for profit organisation licensed by government and supported by consumer protection groups. Kingscote Building & Maintenance is registered with Trustmark through the scheme provider INCIC and are regularly vetted to ensure consistent high standard of workmanship. The company also holds all applicable insurances including public liability insurance for peace of mind.
